Support Latin-owned businesses July 5th - 19th in honor of Latin Restaurant Weeks, and try our Taco de Chile Relleno, a dish that brothers Chef Hugo and Chef Ruben Ortega grew up eating! 

While traveling through Mexico in 2011, researching for their cookbook Street Food of Mexico, they were reminded of this great recipe when they met a young man in Puebla riding a tricycle selling these delicious tacos. We hope you love it as much as we do! You can find the traditional recipe on page 77 of our cookbook. We sell Hugo Ortega's Street Food of Mexico at the restaurant and here on our website under "Shop."
