While traveling through Mexico in 2011, researching for their cookbook Street Food of Mexico, they were reminded of this great recipe when they met a young man in Puebla riding a tricycle selling these delicious tacos. We hope you love it as much as we do! You can find the traditional recipe on page 77 of our cookbook.
